Professional Focus and Areas of Expertise

I have an extensive background in sales, marketing and management in both the new home and resale industries. I have extensive relocation experience which allows me to bring a global view of how people move and what services they need to make that happen. I have lived and sold real estate throughout north San Diego county for over 35 years. In September of 2017, I was the first agent to be inducted into the Windermere Hall of Fame.

Business Philosophy and Working Style

I enjoy helping both buyers and sellers navigate the difficult process of moving from one area to another, whether it's across town - or across the country. Timing, coordination, negotiation expertise and experience are critical to the success of this process and I've been fortunate to have helped hundreds of families make their move with minimum stress.

Qualifications and Training

I graduated from Bucknell University with a degree in Psychology and have taken post graduate courses at the Institute of Residential Marketing through Cal State Fullerton. I have a Broker's license and am a member of several Boards of Realtors both locally and nationally. I have taken relocation courses and received numerous certifications in all of these fields.
